Some of the essentials for you to know are:Location: our offices in MilanReporting into: Finance Strategy ManagerContract Type: Fixed Term (1 year)Workplace Type: HybridHere is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:Coordinating a strategic project related to the Group Profitability improvementSupport in the development of financial models aimed at measuring quantitative impacts of Business opportunitiesDrafting of Business Cases related to the execution of the strategic plan of the GroupAnalytical support in reviewing the financial impacts of Business Cases related to the execution of the Group's strategic planSupport in the coordination of Cross-Functional Teams capable of executing strategic projects and following a Data Driven approachThe type of person that we are looking for:University degree in Business Administration/Finance/ControllingAt least 1 year of work experience in strategy, business operations and project managementImpeccable strategic and operational thinkingDemonstrated ability to be at ease with financial planning tools and methodologiesProcess management skills and experience managing and improving complex projects/processesExperience with analytical problem solving, quantitative analysis and insights communication towards ManagementNatural curiosity, exceptional analytical skills and the ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative dataExcellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)Well-developed business acumenAbility to work across teams, build relationships and influence othersAbility to work in a fast-changing environment with an entrepreneurial approachExcellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and EnglishFrom the moment you join the YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
