**About the Role**
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support financial closing, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide financial insight and recommendations to support strategic decision making.
- Manage and lead financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
- Leverage SAP FI-CO modules and reporting tools to streamline financial reporting and improve data management.
- Work closely with project teams on transformational finance projects, contributing insights and solutions to improve finance operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver key financial metrics, reports and forecasts within tight deadlines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in accounting standards to continually improve finance processes.
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Finance, with a strong emphasis on Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP FI-CO modules and reporting tools is essential; knowledge of SAP PS module is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of international accounting principles and practices.
- Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to finance transformation projects is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive changes in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within project teams.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
