FINANCE_SG&A Reporting and Control SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Controller to join our Finance team.
The candidate will be responsible for managing regulatory reporting, planning, and financial analysis.
This role involves ensuring compliance, supporting financial closing processes, and providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.
The ideal candidate should possess organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and strong analytical capabilities.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Regulatory Reporting and Closing Activities: Analyze costs before closing periods and prepare accounting entries.Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial closing.Perform periodic checks and reconciliations to support year-end closing processes.Planning and Analysis: Develop periodic financial reports and standard analysis for assigned areas.Develop ad hoc analysis depending on focus and requests.Assist in the preparation of quarterly best estimates and official forecasts.Liaise with functional leaders and managers to build planning scenarios and analysis.Load and track data in the financial systems.Cooperate with other departments to support operational tasks as needed.Accounting and Financial Management: Support the accounting department in the monthly and quarterly closing processes of assigned financial areas (i.e., validating entries and reconciliation activities, requesting passive invoice adjustments, and updating DOA).REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or planning.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.Experience in regulatory reporting and audit preparation is a plus.Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities effectively.High level of integrity and professionalism.Adaptability to changing priorities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Seniority LevelAssociate
