What you need is: A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, and/or other globally recognized financial qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.
; a master's degree is an added advantage Experience of at least five years in leading vision/strategy development, project methodologies, and operational excellence to ensure lean operations; competence to educate, inspire and train employees Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and strong stakeholder management at all levels in a global matrix environment.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and a proactive hands-on approach Strong grasp of the tools used for marketing automation, experimentation, personalization, attribution, and analytics Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German proficiency is a bonus Geographically mobile, open to joining our team in Milan, Manchester or Kuala Lumpur Why should you apply?
