sensitivity / scenario analysis)Preparation (or support in the preparation) of internal application and decision documents for investment projects or other projects (MA) and project reporting documentsAssessment and reporting of project progress (e.g Cost review Actuals vs. Plan vs. Forecast)Monitoring and preparation of liquidity plans Support/execution of financing transactions (Preparation of Rfp documents, Term Sheet verification, Financial/Sizing Models, preparation and structuring of data rooms, organization of DD streams, negotiation process, closing procedure)Monitoring and reporting of the banking- and financing portfolioPreparation and execution of trade finance instruments (guarantees, LCs, etc.
)Managing of banking accounts/ network / relationship (eg.
bank account opening)QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5+ years of relevant experienceFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
