Il tuo nuovo ruolo Reporting hierarchically to the CFO located on the HQ, and managing a team, you will be accountable for: Support for a commercial property management performance of the Company as service provider and for the preparation of financial statements of the Company and related investor's companies. Accounting process, manage A/R and A/P. Budget and Forecast. Conceiving holistic strategy for property management and accounting services to be provided by the Company. Definition and implementation of commercial structures within the Company. Supporting acquisition activities and developing and designing ideas to let Company grow. Minimum of 7-8 years' experience in a relevant managing role in an international medium/large company. Knowledge in real estate business and in the financial sector.
