Finance Manager - Real Estate

We are looking for a Finance Manager for the Italy branch.

Il tuo nuovo ruolo Reporting hierarchically to the CFO located at HQ, and managing a team, you will be accountable for:
Support for commercial property management performance of the Company as a service provider and for the preparation of financial statements of the Company and related investor's companies.
Accounting process, managing A/R and A/P.
Budget and Forecast.
Conceiving holistic strategy for property management and accounting services to be provided by the Company.
Definition and implementation of commercial structures within the Company.
Supporting acquisition activities and developing and designing ideas to let the Company grow.
Coordinating all corporate services of the Company.

Minimum of 7-8 years' experience in a relevant managing role in an international medium/large company.
Knowledge in the real estate business and in the financial sector.
International collaboration experience.
Very good Microsoft 365 skills.
Business fluent English.
