Finance Manager (Milan, Italy)

We are seeking a Finance Manager for one of our clients, an important entrepreneurial company operating as Tier 1 in the Automotive sector.
The role is reporting directly to the company's CFO.
Coordinate and supervise the regular accounting, fiscal and administrative maintenance of the companies belonging to the group; Support the CFO in coordinating the Information Technology function; Coordinate the work of administrative employees, intervening in bookkeeping to allow accounting closures on the relevant deadlines; Manage monthly VAT closures, quarterly and annual VAT declarations and/or communications; Contribute to developing the ad hoc reporting and economic analysis system to support company management in matters of administration, financial analysis, reporting and budgeting; Coordinate and prepare the activities for the preparation of the statutory and consolidated financial statements; Manage and coordinate intragroup operations and related reconciliations; Check daily cash closures, active and passive invoicing flows and bank accounting; Carry out a report on the monthly/quarterly/annual active and passive liquidity flows and the related monthly conciliations; Prepare tax and corporate returns to support the CFO; Assist the activities of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Control Bodies.
Requirements Degree in economics or equivalent culture; Experience of at least 5/6 years gained in the role in medium-structured companies, preferably in the automotive sector; Good knowledge of the English language; Excellent command of the main ERPs and the Office package, with a particular focus on Excel; Ability to meet deadlines; Precision, organization and good coordination and problem-solving skills.
