This role will support the finance team in optimizing processes to align with company objectives and improve operational effectiveness.
Your TasksDrive and execute forecasting, budgeting, and medium-term financial planning, as well as preparation of monthly financial reports for the TTControl Group Lead, motivate, and develop your team members to ensure performance and engagement Participate in Executive Board meetings, tracking and following up on action items, and implement decisions and propose strategic initiatives concerning financial planning Maintain financial oversight of annual financial statements, consolidation, accounting, payment processing, tax compliance, and treasury functions Conduct business controlling tasks, including product pricing, project assessments, and proposal pricing as well as profit center evaluations Manage regular dunning processes to ensure efficient cash flow management Streamline financial processes and increase digitalization (tools) together with TTTech Group headquarters to improve efficiency Your ProfileCommercial and/or technical education with a deep understanding of economics with a focus on finance or controlling Experience in a comparable finance role, as well as proven leadership experience in an international environment?
