We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture where each person can experience a sense of belonging.Join us on our One Perrigo journey as we evolve to a blended-branded business to win in self-care.Description OverviewThe Finance Manager is responsible for providing insightful management reporting, forecasting and budgeting for the South-West Cluster leadership team and Cluster FD through strong collaboration with the businesses and FBPs by leveraging the EPM tool.
Reporting directly through the FPA South-West Senior Manager in the FPA CoE.Scope of the RolePreparation of monthly management reporting, commentary and analysis for MBR (group reporting) including variance analysis, statistical accounts etc.Ensure management reporting for the cluster is delivered accurate and timely (e.g., dashboards).
Responsible to ensure reporting is kept standardized.Participation in the monthly closing process, working with PBS to ensure close is in line with expectations.Coordinate together with Senior Manager the monthly rolling forecast within the cluster ensuring a clear link to SIOP and ensuring standardized assumptions are used (e.g., COGS, slices, freight rates etc.).
Responsible for publishing forecast on time for internal management reporting purposes.Coordinate together with Senior Manager the ROs for weekly and monthly review cycle leveraging EPM tool and rolling forecast to ensure consistency and 'one set of numbers.
'Coordinate together with Senior Manager the cluster LRP, budget, flex cycles for PL, OCF, capex.
Work with FBPs to ensure deadlines met and central assumptions are used.Experts on the EPM tool and PBI reporting within the cluster.Ensure designated SOX controls and reviews are completed timely.Experience RequiredMaster's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or recognized accounting qualification.6+ years' experience in Finance roles with experience in a business unit environment.Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving, and decision-making skills.Advanced Microsoft Office user, advanced user in Excel.
First experience of PowerBI and Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.Good understanding of planning and reporting systems, EPM system, EDW/PBI databases and dashboards.Experienced in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with strict deadlines.Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers - Commercial (Sales, RD, Marketing, etc.
), Supply Chain, regional, central.Able to carefully manage sensitive and/or confidential information.Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues; a drive for continuous professional development.Presentation preparation and delivery skills with an attention to detail and ability to "tell the story."Fluent language skills in English and additional languages are an asset.BenefitsWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
