Descrizione azienda Knet Human Resources is a Business Partner in Search and Selection, through our specialized units: - Executive & C-Level - HR, Finance & Accountancy - Technical & Engineering - Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain - IT & Digital Posizione Our client is a leader company, located near RAVENNA (RA).
We are looking for a FINANCE MANAGER WITH FLUENT ENGLISH LANGUAGE who will be responsible for: Support and manage the finance and administrative staff Maintain integrity of the Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet Accounting management (accounting, financial statements, VAT management).
Monthly management of financial statements Close Collaboration with Headquarters based abroad Timely reporting of the monthly financial position, with commentary, to aid decision making.
Capital management, liquidity monitoring and cash flow reporting.
Timely provision of payroll data and maintain accurate postings.
Analyse financial performance and assist with business planning, budget setting and periodic forecasts.
Monitor performance within invoicing, refunds, credit control, cashiering and reconciliation functions.
Prepare financial returns in accordance with regulatory or statutory requirements and timelines ( external accountants used ).
Coordinate year end close and audit process whit external accountants used (even data to inform the production of statutory accounts).
Support with cyclical trade licence/s renewal, regulatory bond/s, compliance report/s and similar.
Monitor and evaluate processes.
Recommend and implement improvements where needed.
Contribute to effective corporate governance and risk management.
Other ad-hoc duties.
Requisiti -Several years of experience in similar position possibly at international companies -Excellent digitization and computer operation -Excellent written and spoken English.
Plus knowledge of French language -Accuracy, organization, technicality, proactivity and good problem solving and forecasting skills Pay grade and salary : Permanent contract national collective agreement Commerce.
Ral commensurate with experience.
Ticket restaurant.
Flexible full time with the possibility of 2 - 3 days a week of smart working after passing the trial period Working place : near Ravenna (RA) Working hours : Full time - Smart: 1 day per week Starting date : Immediate or according to the candidate's notice.
