Executive & C-LevelHR, Finance & AccountancyTechnical & EngineeringSales & Marketing / Supply ChainIT & Digital PosizioneOur client is a leader company, located near RAVENNA (RA). We are looking for a FINANCE MANAGER WITH FLUENT ENGLISH LANGUAGE who will be responsible for:
Support and manage the finance and administrative staffMaintain integrity of the Profit and Loss Account and Balance SheetAccounting management (accounting, financial statements, VAT management)Monthly management of financial statementsClose collaboration with Headquarters based abroadTimely reporting of the monthly financial position, with commentary, to aid decision makingCapital management, liquidity monitoring and cash flow reportingTimely provision of payroll data and maintain accurate postingsAnalyse financial performance and assist with business planning, budget setting and periodic forecastsMonitor performance within invoicing, refunds, credit control, cashiering and reconciliation functionsPrepare financial returns in accordance with regulatory or statutory requirements and timelinesCoordinate year end close and audit process with external accountantsSupport with cyclical trade licence/s renewal, regulatory bond/s, compliance report/s and similarMonitor and evaluate processes. Recommend and implement improvements where neededContribute to effective corporate governance and risk managementOther ad-hoc duties RequisitiSeveral years of experience in similar position possibly at international companiesExcellent digitization and computer operationExcellent written and spoken English. Plus knowledge of French languageAccuracy, organization, technicality, proactivity and good problem solving and forecasting skills Pay grade and salary: Permanent contract – national collective agreement Commerce. Ral commensurate with experience. Ticket restaurant. Flexible full time with the possibility of 2 - 3 days a week of smart working after passing the trial period.

Working place: near Ravenna (RA)
Working hours: Full time - Smart: 1 day per week
