**About the role**:
- The Finance Manager is the right hand of the General Manager and the business partner of the D'Orsogna
- Leadership and the Sales Teams, hence participates in local and subregional steerco's, sales management
- meetings and various functional and project management committees.- He/she has full responsibility of the subconsolidated financial information allowing the subregional
- management team of S&D to make the right decisions short term, mid-term and strategically.
In this
- respect, this role takes full ownership (effective, timely and accurate) in understanding, analyzing and
- reporting the financial results versus various targets and projects.
- The Finance Manager acts as a business partner to the DDO Leadership and various Sales Management
- Teams and continuously drives change and recommends solutions in supporting the achievement of the
- business goals and targets for the DDO and the S&D Division.
Consequently this role is "key" in shaping and
- defining the strategy of the S&D Division with respect to commercial contribution margin, sourcing profits,
- customer/product/market mix, cost leadership, etc.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Contribute to developing business strategy
- Facilitate strategic planning processes across the business
- Support the business and management on preparing and determining business objectives, strategies, and
- tactics
- Support budget holders on preparing operating budgets and capex plans
- Perform analyses and budget / forecast report reviews with the business and management
- Perform operation and business management reviews
- Lead and perform analyses of multi-dimensional business components (e.g., customers, products, markets)
- Provide the business and management with analytical support to enable an understanding of business
- dynamics
- Support on mergers and acquisitions / divestitures and perform project analyses
- Develop, analyze, and present financial results to the business and management
- Lead and coordinate projects to improve business performance and operations**Professional Luggage**:
- Master in Finance, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Economics or similar
- Italian language mandatory
- English business proficiency (written and spoken)
- Extensive experience in finance (controlling/accounting) including managerial responsibilities
- Financial advisory experience
- Knowledge of Italian Tax system and Legal framework (also in the light of R&D tax grant litigation)
- Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B / food industries
- Knowledge of controlling and financial methodologies and reporting
- IFRS and local GAAP knowledge
- Analytical / hands-on / flexible but even more important very solutions oriented and performance driven to
- achieve the targets
- Leadership skills in managing people and networking with other peers in the company
- Ability to manage external stakeholders in particular the contractual relation with Landlord
- Knowledge of SAP and interest to work on integration process
- Knowledge of the total business value chain
- Solid project management expertise
