Reporting to the factory CFO, below are your key duties and responsibilities:1.
Budget and Forecast Management:Prepare and update annual budgets and periodic forecasts, adhering to deadlines, monitor deviations from budget and previous forecasts, providing explanations in management reports.Anticipate future financial impacts and recommend corrective actions.Update forecasts for Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) lines.Perform detailed analysis and budget preparation for all P&L and BS items.2.
Financial Reporting and Statutory Compliance: Ensure accurate monthly financial results preparation and reporting.Comply with company instructions for accounting postings and monthly synthesis.Ensure accurate statutory financial reporting based on accounting records and tax regulations and collaborate with external consultants and corporate group accounting for international standards.Cash Flow and Working Capital Optimization: Enhancing Working Capital Efficiency by continuous monitoring of inventory levels, A/R and A/P management.Financial Analysis and Cost Optimization: Identify areas for financial improvement and evaluate cost optimization opportunities.Conduct Investment feasibility analysis, and monitor CAPEX.5.
