DESCRIPTION: The Finance manager is in charge of all accounting relevant responsibilities within assigned entities. The Finance manager will be working from San Marino and will primary report functionally to the Regional Controllership Organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the month end, quarter end and year end closing under US GAAP following financial standards and procedures of IFF.Be responsible of US GAAP reporting following IFF corporate requests.Be responsible of the statutory reporting and lead the annual statutory audit activities including reconciliation between US GAAP and local GAAP.Review with Corporate Tax on the local tax filing & declarations including corporate Income tax, VAT and all other applicable local tax. Coordinate the internal and external audit requestsSupport the tax team on the tax audits and support the country management on various government inspections.Be the local contact for insurance matters and contracts.Be the partner of the country manager and country leadership team and provide the necessary support for finance and accounting matters.Coordinate payrollSupport end-to-end P2P & O2C processe Coordinate bank payments
