Finance Director Cluster Germany&Austria

For an Important client with HQ in Italy (FMCG Sector), we are looking for a FINANCE DIRECTOR GERMANY&AUSTRIA cluster.Reporting to the Cluster Managing Director, this role is part of the senior leadership team which has a collective responsibility to lead the organisation and oversee the implementation of local and global strategy throughout the cluster. Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring decisions are aligned with the groups strategic direction and based on sound data, ensuring any risks are managed. Driving profitable growth, where possible anticipating opportunities/risks, providing data led recommendations and ensuring there are decisive accountable action plans and lead on Finance components of projects.Partnering  with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally locally and in Itally HQ, to provide timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership to the organisation.The Cluster Finance Director will be fully accountable for the Cluster P&L and will functionally report to the FP&A Director (HQ Italy).The candidate will be based in Munich.Education & SkillsBachelor of Commerce/Business or related field and qualified accountant required.10+ years' experience in accounting/finance field and in leading teams, with most recent role being in a Finance Management position;Fluent in German and EnglishStrong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior, board or other outside partnersPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility, Inquisitive and proactive, a "can do" positive attitude with a hands-on approachA high personal energy, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for achieving operational excellence and can maintain composure under stress
