What will you be doing?
In the role of Finance Digital Transformation Officer, you will work closely with finance and technical teams to drive system and related process improvements that will enable the finance organization to scale and improve in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
The ideal candidate must be able to use a collaborative, professional, and service-oriented approach to interact with various cross-functional teams.
Work with territory CFOs and other cross-functional global process owners to prioritize digital tools and related process improvement initiatives impacting the scope of Finance Digital Transformation and assist in executing project roadmap including change management activities.
Work with global and territory users to identify key processes to measure benefits achieved via transformation efforts using value-driven approach.
On an ongoing basis, identify areas of improvement; research best practices and offer guidance and recommendations for process changes and potential solutions.
Collaborate with project team and development team from business applications to agree on overall project timeline, proactively identify risks and mitigation actions to define and execute overall Tools and Data roadmap.
For each step of the transformation, ensure clear identification and communication of business transformation, implementation of a change management plan, execution of a communication plan and deployment of training.
This includes identifying impacted user populations, creating a training plan, and ensuring comprehensive training attendance and understanding.
What are we looking for in our candidate?
Solid finance background, both educational and professional, including local ERP expertise and interest, as well as a strong local network in both finance and SI domains.
Demonstrates agility and a change agent mindset as working in evolving contexts.
Capable of operating in an international remote environment with high autonomy, while respecting and acknowledging cultural differences.
Possesses a teamwork and collaboration-oriented outlook.
Exhibits efficient and proactive communication skills.
Knowledge and experience of performance reporting.
Adaptable to working in occasionally unstructured and evolving contexts.
Shows a willingness to engage at a detailed level with Key Users/End Users to ensure thorough understanding and implementation of target processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to assess information from various sources, pinpoint gaps, break down high-level information into details, and drive decision-making.
Previous DFL expertise is a plus.
