Join us, for our Italian site located in San Miniato (PI) we are looking for a Finance Controller.Your role and missionDirectly reporting to the deputy CFO, located in France, the Finance Controller represents the Italian interface towards the parent company in France and the German subsidiary for all controlling activities, and contributes to the correct administrative management of the site having the responsibility for all local accounting and treasury activities.
The Finance Controller assists the board of directors in planning management aspects related to economic, equity and financial management.
It is the guarantor of the formal correctness of the company documentation representing the economic, patrimonial and financial dynamics.
As a team leader ensures the activities performed by the members of her team are accurate, precise and punctual.Your main responsibilities:Fulfill regulatory requirements (e.g.
VAT, customs, …)Ensure all Monthly Program Management Review (PMR) and reporting activities are carried out in a precise, punctual and timely fashion.Perform Project and Product margin analysis, with monthly monitoring.Run manufacturing accounting.Manage site internal reporting related to: cash and PL act, year and estimate reporting, budget, business plan, relevant KPI.Perform analysis of consistency between General Accounting and Industrial Accounting.Draft and finalize annual budget and business plans in the scope of responsibilities.Provide Technical-managerial support to top management.Run verification of correspondence between final balance sheet and budget.Offer collaboration in the creation of the Budget and Forecast and in determining standard product costs.Draft and finalize company procedures and policies.Foster the IT literacy level required to profitably use at a team level the software supporting the activities of the company (e.g.
