Finance Controller

We are looking for a results-driven and confident financial controller to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations.The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership skills.
The noteworthy financial controller should streamline our accounting functions and operations, provide financial analysis and reports, promote regulatory compliance, and drive income generation.
This is a remote role.ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue RecognitionBoard ReportingPayroll ManagementFinancial Modeling, Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variancesBookkeeping - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statementsManage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filingsCoordinate the preparation of regulatory reportingResearch technical accounting issues for complianceSupport month-end and year-end close processEnsure quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsIdentify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutionsProduce financial statements as requestedAdditional controller duties as necessaryRequirements And SkillsProven working experience as a Financial Controller7+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experienceCertified Public Accountant (CPA) license can set you apart in this highly competitive fieldThorough knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExperience with creating financial statementsExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close processExcellent accounting software user and administration skillsDepth experience/expertise in working for SaaS/E-Comm based companies #J-18808-Ljbffr
