You will partner with our Finance Controller.
You will work closely together and coordinate tasks, taking stock of the current business as usual activities and ways of working, identify and implementing improvements and automation.
You report to the Managing Director with a dotted line to our French Finance Director.Your ResponsibilitiesFinancial Business Partner: You effortlessly connect with the business and regularly spar with stakeholders to improve processes and streamline actionable communication.Analysis of Deviations in Accounting and Processes: You are an excel wizard and through financial and data analyses can easily identify and explain deviations.
Calculating, analyzing, and presenting results and anomalies is your forte.Involvement in Month End Close: You play an important role in ensuring the monthly business as usual processes leading up to the month end close are improved ensuring reliable, timely submission of figures.
You identify, design implement and where possible, document improvement proposals as you take stock of the team's processes and systems.
You support the Financial Controller and the finance team in getting their jobs done with reduced manual intervention.Collaboration and Informing the Management Team: You have a direct line with our Managing Director, but also with our Finance Director in France.
