Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities:
- Directly engage and consult with senior leaders and operational teams across Sky to identify opportunities to drive efficiency and performance improvement
- Gather and analyse a wide range of data to ensure an objective assessment is made around initiatives to progress - including the commercial implications of change options being considered
- Develop compelling business cases and proposals to inform decision making - signposting the phasing and potential of benefits to be realised
- Lead the scoping of approved initiatives - ensuring all CAPEX requirements are gathered before delivery teams embark on change (ie.
Mobilisation costs, tech investment costs, resourcing costs etc)
- Structure and present clear and concise arguments to articulate progress with approved initiatives
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Operating Efficiency to maintain the highest levels of engagement and quality delivery output
- Challenge teams to consider alternative approaches to tried and tested business methods - to build a culture of innovation and continuing improvement
- Track and manage the value of change effected using robust benefits realisation methods
- Partner with data analytics and insights teams to ensure all recommendations put forward to stakeholders are accurate and validated
- Build strong relationships with the management team for their business area, delivering analysis, reporting, insight and financial guidance
- Strong relationship with Sky's external auditors, providing detailed analysis / support.
Essentials:
- Solid commercial awareness and operational change experience
- Demonstrable experience in Business Analysis - strong analytical and problem solving
- Ability to see the bigger picture and how recommended changes will enable realisation of strategic priorities and business goals
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working collaboratively across cross disciplined teams
- Strong design aesthetic and presentation skills
- Ability to work at pace in a high-performing team environment

- A consultancy background or similar role in other complex company
- Proven problem solving and analysis skills in an Agile delivery environment
