Finance Assistant Internship

Mindshare is looking for a Finance Assistant internship.The Finance Assistant internship will be involved in supporting the Client Finance team in all activities concerning the planning of various activities, billing analysis and control, and analysis of client profitability.
He/she will take care of the various deadlines in support of the team, document control, and all issues related to the administrative and legal area (including control and preparation of documents, interface with the group back office).MAIN TASKSSupport in preparation of documentation as requested by the tutor.Support in client reports.Interaction with other departments and with lawyers or auditors.ABOUT YOUThe candidate should be a student or recent graduate in the economic-financial or legal field.Basic accounting knowledge.Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.Excellent analytical, organizational multi-tasking skills.Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Able to work in a team.Curious and proactive.LOCATIONWpp Campus in Milan (plus the option for hybrid working).We are proud to have a team made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
