Main Responsibilities Cash Flow Planning: Develop and execute strategies to optimize cash flow.
Perform liquidity projections and coordinate actions to ensure sufficiency of funds.
Collaborate with our advisors' accounting team to ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting records associated with treasury and collections operations.
Manage and maintain effective relationships with multiple banking institutions.
Oversee the opening, closing and maintenance of bank accounts as needed.
Evaluate and propose low-risk investment strategies to maximize returns on surplus cash.
Develop efficient accounts receivable recovery strategies.Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems, with a focus on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
Identify opportunities for the automation of financial and collection processes, leading the implementation of solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with financial institutions for banking services and investments.
Prepare financial reports and performance analysis for management.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics Minimum proven experience of 10 years in a similar position in treasury and collections roles.
Experience managing multiple bank accounts and banking relationships.
Proficient in computer tools and accounting/financial software.
Proficient in English Vision and orientation to objectives and results Resolute, responsible and autonomous person.
Planning and organizational skills Team player.
