Your tasks Reporting: reporting activities, including the drafting of regular monthly reports, cost analysis, PL, Balance.
Budgeting: preparation of the yearly Budget, periodical estimations and variance analysis.
Controlling: Controlling of costs, intercompany transactions, reconciliations.
Accounting: Monitoring of accounting activities.
Risk Assessment: Participation in the risk assessment activities together with Sales Managers.
Functional and Fiscal Auditing: Planning, conducting and supervising all internal and external audits.
Fiscal Management: Tax payment control (IRES, IRAP); VAT payments, tax declarations, VAT books, inventory books, journal books.
Support to Sales for the negotiations of TC with Customers.
Managing administration activities and communication with public authorities and banks.
Your qualifications University Degree in Economics or equivalent 5 years of experience in a similar position at an international sales company.
Good handling of SAP module FI-CO (mandatory) High knowledge of Office package High knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian language.
