Who are we looking for To support the management of RENK ITALIA Srl regarding all financial subjects, we are looking for a Finance & Administration Manager (f/m/d) .

Key responsibilities Strategic Leadership and Stakeholder Management : You will support the company in shaping its financial strategy and planning, implement priorities and ensure that the desired results are clear and that resourcing implications are fully considered.
Financial planning, Budgeting and Budget control : You will be in charge of the financial management and ensure proper budgeting for the company's resources, including budget controls to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.
Resource mobilisation : You will support the management team and the company's administrative body with shaping the resource mobilisation strategy and the implementation of plans to raise new resources.
Compliance and control : You will ensure that RENK Italia implements a robust internal control system to safeguard all resources and that all legal and regulatory requirements are being met.
Accounting and Financial reporting : You will ensure that the company has proper accounting processes, systems and books of account, including regular financial reports and statements as required in the RENK Group Charter.
Risk Management : You will be responsible for the company's risk management framework in compliance with RENK Group directives and therefore ensure proper mitigations and monitoring of the risks to minimise their impact.
Administration : You will support the team with administrative tasks, including overseeing procurement and human resource management at RENK Italia.
What qualifications you should have Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or similar - a master's degree in the same field is considered of advantage.
At least 3 years progressive experience in financial management in medium to large size organisations, including proven expertise in developing and implementing financial controls and processes.
Extensive knowledge of international financial reporting standards, in budgeting and forecasting for business operations as well as risk management and internal control systems.
Familiarity of usage of databases, Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
High level of analytical thinking and problem solving, as well as excellent decision-making and a hands on mentality.
Assertiveness and ability to not only work in a team, but to manage and engage people for delivery of results.
Transparency, accountability and integrity are considered mandatory.
Fluency in Italian and English (a good command of written and spoken German is considered of advantage).
