About the role: About the role:We are building an accounting finance software that will be industry defining and we need someone with experience and expertise in finance and accounting to help support the high demand for new customer onboardings.
You'll be working closely with the founders, engineering and GTM team to support our existing customers and will have the unique opportunity to help define Rillet's product.
The role is remote first with opportunities to travel for team events.
We have offices in New York and Barcelona if you prefer in-office work.
You will:Work closely with the founders, GTM and product teams to provide valuable accounting finance expertiseSupport our customers with onboarding, product requirements and best practicesBe the advocate for our customers.
Understand and empathize with their needs and team up with the product engineering teams to bring those to lifeTake on special projects and support product and GTM initiativesYou are a good fit for this role if you:Have 3-4+ years of work experience at a top tier accounting firm and/or startup in a finance/accounting roleWorked in a client facing role and are uncompromisingly service-minded towards our customers preferably in high-growth startupsAre comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast paced environment while keeping a high attention to detailHave excellent communication skills with internal cross-functional teams and customersBonus points if you have:Experience with ASC 606 SaaS revenue recognitionExposure early stage startupsCPA certifiedSome of the perks:Equity Compensation20 Days of PTO, in addition to 9-11 company wide holidaysFun Offsite Events (last ones were in New York, Rome and Barcelona!
