We bring together small groups of like-minded millennials and send them on life-changing experiences to 100+ destinations all over the globe.We're on a mission to design and deliver experiences worth living and sharing, through rewriting the rules of the travel industry.ABOUT THE ROLEJOB TITLE: Finance Accountant (Fixed term or Freelance)LOCATION: Milano, ItalyTYPE OF CONTRACT: Full time, 1 year fixed term to start with;SALARY RANGE: €23-28k + BONUS AS FIXED TERM - FREELANCE TBD BASED ON SENIORITYWhat you'll do:Fully own the responsibility for the company balance sheets and profit/loss statements through the recording of journal entries, monthly provisions, accruals/deferrals, bank/credit card registrations and related reconciliations;Be in charge of the management of the "tour operator closing procedures" through registering invoices in the new customized ERP;Cost and margin monitoring;Work cross-functionally between the global finance and other business teams, developing key relationships and influencing multiple levels of the business;Take a proactive approach to reporting, system, and process improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in global finance function;Support group financial departments with special projects and ad hoc reporting requests, as required.What we're looking for:At least 6 months/1 year of Finance experienceBackground in Economics, Finance, or a related field.Excel and Microsoft Office package expertise.Precision and exceptional organizational skills.Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with others.Fluent in English.Ready to apply?The selection process will consist of:Introductory call with PC + Case StudySecond technical and background-based interview with Accounting ManagerIn-person interview at our HQ in Milan with our hiring teamWeRoad is an equal opportunity employer: we consider for employment all applicants, regardless of their race, religion, color, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, family status, political affiliation, disability, and any other legally protected characteristic.
