WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Italian Finance team.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Manage Accounting Entries: Oversee all types of accounting entries including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Fixed Assets Reconciliation Tasks: Conduct intercompany and bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing activities including the registration of accruals and provisions by cost center Financial Reporting: Perform some activities for group reporting Audit Support: Provide support during year-end audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date VAT Preparation: Prepare monthly VAT filings, with support from our Tax Accountant if necessary Annual Financial Statements: Collaborate with Tax Accountant for financial statements, annual VAT returns, and other required tax reports Monthly upload of tax payment into Home Banking Portal PO process management for the Italian team WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related financial discipline Minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within an international organization Knowledge of Accounting principles (OIC, IFRS) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, along with resiliency. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Real Estate background and knowledge of Yardi ERP is a plus English: B2 level minimum
