Purpose of the Job:The incumbent is responsible for promoting Abbott EP product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel.
This position ensures that all technical questions from the field or internal sources are answered promptly and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott.
The primary function is to attend electrophysiology procedures and support any issues regarding the utilization of EP devices.Roles Responsibilities:Provide technical support during EP procedures using ESI equipment across the national territory.Assist the sales force with technical support and assistance.Perform product presentations and training on product utilization for customers.Support physicians during the enrollment and follow-up phases of clinical studies.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Capital Equipment, Education, Market Access, and Clinical Teams.Proactively adopt a solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.Promptly communicate feedback and information on supported electrophysiology procedures.Perform booth duty when required.Ensure compliance with all Abbott standing Quality Procedures.Reporting:Report information on supported procedures.General Responsibilities:This job description outlines the general nature and level of work being performed.
