We're looking for a Field Support Engineer (IIG) who'll be responsible for delivering service procedure  to customers aligning with global service standards and processes.
You'll be part of the Signify Iberia Customer Support Department and its responsibilities are delivering service procedure  to customers aligning with global service standards and processes, so delivering high quality customer support must be in your DNA.
What you'll doEnsures timely and correct execution of service obligations in accordance with the contracts.Analyses and solves application failures, supports upgrades by analysis & solving complaints and keeps customers informed and maintains data base up to date Drives feedback loops towards Systems & Service Centers/BG and monitors (remotely) systems at customer locations and act on deviations.
Proposes additional Services as required through maintaining intimate customer relationship like provides special / custom training to customers upon request What you'll needBachelor of Engineering in Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Sciences or Masters in TechnologyExperience in the service domain with strong knowledge of lighting applications or other systemsExperience working on knowledge of trouble shooting and maintenanceStrong Customer focus and empathetic listening approachDelivers on commitments and possesses strong learning agilityWhat you'll get in return…You'll work with top technology partners, learn new skills and grow your career.
