Field Support Coordinator

We are in search of an Field Support Coordinator to join our innovative team.
In this role, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and reliability of our smart locker systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities What will be your responsibilities: ? Overseeing routine maintenance and repairs on smart locker systems to ensure optimal performance; ? Overseeing and coordinate routine surveys, deployment tasks to ensure compliance with SLA; ? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support; ; ? Maintain detailed records of surveys and deployment activities along with maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory; ? Conduct inspections and testing of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate; ? Develop and implementpreventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan; ? Provide technical training and support to team members and clients to ensure proper use and maintenance of the lockers; ? Assist in the development and documentation of maintenance procedures and best practices Your Profile What are the requirements to join us in this position: ? Technical background with experience in maintenance and repair of electronic or mechanical systems; ? Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues; ? Proficiency in Italian and English, with good communication skills; ? Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment; ? Experience in coordinating with contractors and managing maintenance projects; ? Strong organizationalskills and attention to detail; ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
