Field Support Coordinator.

For the fastest-growing Smart Locker company in the world and one of the fastest growing scale-ups in Europe. We are in search of an Field Support Coordinator to join our innovative team.
In this role, you' Ll play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and reliability of our smart locker systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
What will be your responsibilities: ?Overseeing routine maintenance and repairs on smart locker systems to ensure optimal performance;
?Overseeing and coordinate routine surveys, deployment tasks to ensure compliance with SLA;
?Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support; ;
?Maintain detailed records of surveys and deployment activities along with maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory;
?Conduct inspections andtesting of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate;
?Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan;
?Provide technical training and support to team members and clients to ensure proper use and maintenance of the lockers;
?Assist in the development and documentation of maintenance procedures and best practices Your Profile
What are the requirements to join us in this position: ?Technical background with experience in maintenance and repair of electronic or mechanical systems;
?Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues;
?Proficiency in Italian and English, with good communication skills;
?Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
?Experience in coordinating with contractors and managing maintenance projects;
?Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
?Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
