Partner with the best As Field Service Tooling Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling, and delivering replacement/repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. This includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping in a shop structure.
As Field Service Tooling Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Daily operations, activities, financial and technical management of a Tool Center. Coordinating the activities and schedule of tool center staff, including hourly paid employees. Working closely with internal customers (Field Engineers and Service Managers) to coordinate tooling required and schedule for outages. Managing the tool center to achieve supply availability, turn-around times, quality measures, and operating plan targets. Handling standardized project processes with guidelines for choosing the right actions, with some latitude in ways of working and planning. Handling targeted clients based on predefined contracts and frameworks, with some latitude to deviate from those conditions. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services). Possess strong oral and written communication skills. Exhibit strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills.
