**Your Challenge**
- Installation and commissioning of equipment associated with the medium voltage portfolio.
- Operations and maintenance of plants associated with the medium voltage portfolio
- Identify and solve electrical and mechanical faults of medium and voltage products and proficient to respond and repair recurring problems and emergency services as required independently.
- Align with health, safety and environmental rules and policies applicable to each location
**What you need to bring with you**
You should already have significant operational experience in leading a finance function or similar role with:
- Previous experience as Technical Service Engineer in medium voltage (MV/LV air and gas insulated switchgear and circuit breakers)
- Good skills in troubleshooting repairs, shop operations, and testing assigned programs/hardware (repair and electromechanical maintenance of medium voltage air and gas circuit breakers)
- Technical High School Diploma or Bachelor's / Three Years Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation
- Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international
- Ability to prioritize effectively, handle shifting priorities and troubleshoot
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions
- Always strive to develop technology and ethical guardrails in parallel
