The person we are looking for will be part of a proactive and effective team, will join the "Service" department of Getinge Italia, reporting directly to the Service Director.
Job Purpose/activities: Support field activities to be compliant with the QRC rules and process mainly with regards to Corrective action and compliant management and reporting to manufacturer Visit and support customer to promote "ad hoc" repairing, spare parts sales and material number identification Manage the "end of support" in synergies with marketing dept and communication to customer Identify and promote business opportunity related to corrective action (e. g. preventive maintenance campaign) Minimum Requirements High School Diploma Minimum Service / Customer Service department experience Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Fluent Italian and IntermediateEnglish Microsoft Office package (especially Excel) Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiar with CRM systems Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Adaptability and Proactivity Positive Attitude Team Oriented Open minded Outstanding organizational skills Kindness in interpersonal relationships Stress management capability About us Getinge is on an exciting?transformation journey constantly looking for new ways to innovate together with our customers?to meet the healthcare challenges of the future.
