Our new colleague to be the main point of contact with customers, services managers and sales, communicating with both the Italy office and the order entry team in Cluj, Romania. They will have an active role in planning field service activities, assigning the appropriate specialists to handle customer needs, maintaining an accurate activity schedule and gathering reports on completed assignments.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Maintain customer\supplier relationship regarding planning activities.
- Keep customers advised of the status of service requests, potential issues and upcoming preventative maintenance activities.
- Create and schedule on-site services, taking into account customer needs, capability and availability within the team, and prepare the proper Job tasks the Oracle Service Cloud tool (OSC) for tracking.
- Manage the hours, prepare service orders deviations & report to our Service Outside Sales team.
- Keep Service Records/Request: Micro Projects (MICP), Small Projects (SMAP), Contracts & TRED training (CNT).
- Creation and registration of training courses, and enroll to the different participants in the courses in the My Training web tool. Owner of the file and control of training orders (TRED)
- Collect, account for and organize engineering reports, verify that service hours are accurate in the system and send certifications for customer invoice control.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Business (Commercial) Education
- Min. of 1+ year experience in order administration
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and IT in general
- Good Analytical & interpersonal skills, in order to get along with customers, team members and sub-contractors.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
- Knowledge of Business Systems Oracle.
- Detailed knowledge in customer order completing.
