As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing and supporting Signify customers to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do Registers service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for Customer Service)Installed base maintenance activities, measures, and validationsAccepts and coordinates service requests through service tickets to the field service/support techniciansSets dispatch priorities based on contract service levels (planned and reactive)Proactively engages with customers face-to-face, by phone, or in writing Your qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical fieldExperience within servicing networked building or industry automation systems or similarKnowledge of light sources, electronics circuits, and their applications will be advantageousIndependent and structured way of working, high commitment, solution-oriented thinkingFluent in English and Italian Our candidate profile is just a guide.
