As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing and supporting Signify customers to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do Registers service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for customer service) Installed base maintenance activities, measures, and validations Accepts and coordinates service requests through service tickets to the field service/support technicians Sets dispatch priorities based on contract service levels (planned and reactive) Proactively engages with customers face-to-face, by phone, or in writing Your qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field Experience within servicing networked building- or industry automation systems or similar Knowledge of light sources, electronics circuits, and their applications will be advantageous Independent and structured way of working, high commitment, solution-oriented thinking Fluent in English and Italian Our candidate profile is just a guide.
