As Field Service Engineer, you will be attending customer sites throughout Southern Italy to install, service & repair our instruments in accordance with SOPs and Health & Safety regulations. Your role is essential in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support, as well as product training & escalation of more complex issues. This will be a field-based role & we are looking for someone who is happy to travel around Southern Italy & further afield on occasion. How You'll Make an Impact: Installing, maintaining, diagnosing, & emergency repairs of Bio-Rad equipment at customer sites Maximising equipment performance & customer satisfaction in accordance with Bio-Rad guidelines Working with the sales & wider customer support team to keep up to date with workloads & business requirements Provide training to customers & staying up to date on our product offerings Location: this is a field travelling role, candidate should be located in Southern Italy area (ideally Napoli and around) What You Bring: At least 2 years' experience in a Field Service Engineering role (IVD company, healthcare industry, hospitals laboratory, CoreLab, medical devices market) Customer facing experience Excellent time management experience Fluent in Italian & working level English IT and networking knowledge Up to date computer knowledge including MS office Full driving licence Who We Are: For 70 years, Bio-Rad has focused on advancing the discovery process and transforming the fields of science and healthcare.
