As Field Service Engineer, you will be attending customer sites throughout Central Italy to install, service & repair our instruments in accordance with SOPs and Health & Safety regulations.
Your role is essential in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support, as well as product training & escalation of more complex issues.
This will be a field-based role & we are looking for someone who is happy to travel around Southern Italy & further afield on occasion.
How You'll Make an Impact : Installing, maintaining, diagnosing, & emergency repairs of Bio-Rad equipment at customer sitesMaximising equipment performance & customer satisfaction in accordance with Bio-Rad guidelinesWorking with the sales & wider customer support team to keep up to date with workloads & business requirementsProvide training to customers & staying up to date on our product offeringsLocation : this is a field travelling role, candidate should be located in Central Italy area (ideally Rome based)
