Your future role Provide technical service for automated equipment to our customersInstall new parts to optimize existing machines and carry out preventive maintenancePerform tests to verify the proper functioning of equipmentTrain customers to use their equipmentDiagnose and solve customer problemsRecommend customer maintenance plans, parts or other adjustmentsParticipate in the internal commissioning of equipment at our plant in Eersel, The Netherlands and Parma, Italy when manufacturing complex projectsParticipate in the installation of automated equipment with Engineering teams and international customer services — Americas, Europe or AsiaRequired skills Technical training in the field of industrial automationElectrotechnical skills — ability to solve mechanical issues when necessaryCustomer and service orientedAbility to spot commercial opportunitiesIn possession of driving license BExcellent communication skills in Italian — intermediate to advanced skills in EnglishWe offer A job where you can see your design being assembled, where you mostly develop new modules but also work with existing modules.A position in which you have a lot of autonomy — we love it when you make suggestions for improvements!Do your eyes light up when you read about this great opportunity?
