We are a global organization with offices and employees across the world.Management Level: Individual contributorReporting to Field Service ManagerWho you areWe are looking for a personPassionate in team workingCustomer-oriented and pro-activeSelf-driven and responsibleYour tasksIn your role you will:Perform commissioning activities at customer site on Filler and Thermal Process equipmentHandle communication with customer and provide proper written reporting to Project ManagerTake care of installation, supervision, commissioning and training activitiesAssist production trials and conduct performance tests to get the Performance Take Over CertificatePerform after sales service activities: retrofit, preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment at customer premisesExecute troubleshooting, adjustments and mechanical/electrical fixingElaborate detailed service reports, equipment serviced, and parts used which supports the invoicing process to our customersProvide support to the customers from Alfa Laval premises, also by phone and remote assistance using technical and procedural troubleshooting techniquesRegister customer claims internally, taking care of internal follow up to speed up and solve the issues.Competence and Experiences3-5 years of experience as a Field service engineer in Food and Beverage industry, with knowledge about Fillers and Thermal processingequipment,Proven track record of delivering machine commissioning, performance tests,mechanical servicemaintenance,troubleshooting (electrical, pnaumaticand mechanical),Basic experience in PLC's or Processor's work to troubleshoot electrical/controls issues on equipment (Siemens TIA Portal, Step7, Rockwell RS Logix 5000),Proficent English level, Goodknowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Be available to travelworldwide(180/200 days per year).
