Field Service Engineer

Your future role Provide technical service for automated equipment to our customers Install new parts to optimize existing machines and carry out preventive maintenance Perform tests to verify the proper functioning of equipment Train customers to use their equipment Diagnose and solve customer problems Recommend customer maintenance plans, parts or other adjustments Participate in the internal commissioning of equipment at our plant in Eersel, The Netherlands and Parma, Italy when manufacturing complex projects Participate in the installation of automated equipment with Engineering teams and international customer services — Americas, Europe or Asia Required skills Technical training in the field of industrial automation Electrotechnical skills — ability to solve mechanical issues when necessary Customer and service oriented Ability to spot commercial opportunities In possession of driving license B Excellent communication skills in Italian — intermediate to advanced skills in English We offer A job where you can see your design being assembled, where you mostly develop new modules but also work with existing modules.
