Join the resource revolution! Job Description Our local TOMRA Office is located in Parma and we are always looking for passionate individuals to join our organization. For this position, we are specifically looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer around Rome. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be part of a global service team and will report to the Field Service Coordinator. With a "Safety first" mindset throughout the daily work both at the company and our customer sites.

You will:

Perform field service activities including commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, and maintenance of equipment. Perform all mechanical, electrical, electronic, and optical tuning and setup. Collaborate with customers on-site and provide consultancy that helps customers achieve the highest performance and reduce food waste. Work on intelligent and pioneering technologies. Be a TOMRA ambassador. Be trained and equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools. Qualifications (1+) years of experience in field service or customer support. Working knowledge of basic analog and digital circuits, electrical power circuits, and PLC circuits. You are intrigued by traveling at least 80% of the time, with a high degree of flexibility (including holiday season and weekends). Ability to read schematics. Technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills. You love to relate to customers, their views, and issues, locally and in other countries and cultures. You have a passion for engineering. You are fluent in Italian and have a good level of English. A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
