Barilla is currently looking for Field Sales Representatives to join their commercial team across Italy.
Location for the role: Veneto, Rovigo. The Role

Field Sales Representatives will be working with our trade & sales teams to grow our retail store sales.
They are responsible for managing and influencing the customer relationship at store level, delivering the best results for Barilla in line with the sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities Land the field sales strategy in store, ensure the achievement of sales objectives, in terms of volumes and net sales for the assigned sales points in their area of responsibility.Guarantee the optimal execution of in-store promotional plans, sales activities and new product launches, according to defined plans and Barilla In-Store blueprint.Ensure the in-store presence of Barilla product portfolio, identifying and/or improving the right shelf allocation.Strengthen existing relationships with customers whilst understanding shoppers' and customers' needs, presenting new products, proactively providing insights to the Sales leadership team and innovating and improving our sales processes in order to achieve mutual sales goals.Requirements Degree qualified in Economics, Trade Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics for Business, and similar.Fluency in Italian and English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Tech-savvy with business mindset, passion and curiosity for trends & market evolution.Proactivity and determination, with the ability to work independently to reach targets.B Driving Licence (minimum 36 months)A previous experience in Sales will be considered a plus (1-2 years)Passion for analytics and strong numerical skills.Additional Info We'll make sure you're set up for success, having all the right tools from a company car, smart phone and tablet as standard.The expected starting date is February 2025, with a temporary contract.Location: Veneto, Rovigo.Barilla is an equal opportunity employer.
