As a Field Sales Representative, you will manage the point of sales from Piemonte, on site, as part of a passionate and fun team.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Sales and Objectives: Maximize Kellanova brands by achieving sales targets in assigned points of sales and tasks including shelf reorganization, monitoring out-of-stock levels, and managing share of shelf.POS Panel Management: Responsible for effective coverage through daily and weekly visit schedules.AMPPS Strategy Execution: Execute the AMPPS strategy by ensuring Kellanova's Brands presence, assortment, and distribution; Optimize product location, organization, and visibility in stores; Enhance promotional KPIs using point-of-purchase (POP) material.Insights and Analysis: Periodically analyze data and share views with the manager; Identify short- and medium-term actions based on insights and continuously monitor trade, category, and brand evolution.Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with sell-in roles and coordinate with other Field Sales Representatives; Provide advance information, recommendations, and feedback. We're Looking for Someone With A University degree, preferably in economics or similar.Driving license.Knowledge of Trade, Categories, Brands strategies, Consumer and Shopper behavior within FMCG.Fluency in local language (Italian) and English.
