As a Field Sales Representative, you will manage the point of sales from Piemonte, on site, as part of a passionate and fun team.

A Taste of What You'll Be DoingSales and Objectives: Maximize Kellanova brands by achieving sales targets in assigned points of sales and tasks including shelf reorganization, monitoring out-of-stock levels, and managing share of shelf.POS Panel Management: Responsible for effective coverage through daily and weekly visit schedules.AMPPS Strategy Execution: Execute the AMPPS strategy by ensuring Kellanova's Brands presence, assortment, and distribution; Optimize product location, organization, and visibility in stores; Enhance promotional KPIs using point-of-purchase (POP) material.Insights and Analysis: Periodically analyze data and share views with the manager; Identify short- and medium-term actions based on insights and continuously monitor trade, category, and brand evolution.Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with sell-in roles and coordinate with other Field Sales Representatives; Provide advance information, recommendations, and feedback.We're Looking for Someone WithA University degree, preferably in economics or similar.Driving license.Knowledge of Trade, Categories, Brands strategies, Consumer and Shopper behavior within FMCG.Fluency in local language (Italian) and English.What's NextAfter you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
