What You Can Expect Represent the company's products, using deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field How You'll Create Impact Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new sales leads Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products and solutions Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers Meet and/or exceed quotas Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort What Makes You Stand Out What we are searching:
Degree in Engineering, Sales or Marketing or related experience in a medical, scientific field or technical career Previous experience in the Medical Devices Industry (ideally dealing with implants) and strong knowledge of the Italian healthcare system is required From 2 years of experience in a Commercial Role in the Medical Devices Sector Solid experience working in the operating room Travel Expectations EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
