A Day in the Life We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Market Developer to drive the adoption of innovative Peripheral and Embolization therapies, providing in-operating-room support and enabling healthcare providers to fully utilize MDT products. This role requires building and nurturing collaborative relationships with clinicians and supporting them in partnership projects. You'll also play a key role in achieving business goals, implementing growth strategies, and expanding market share across both private and public healthcare sectors.
Peripheral Vascular Health, a part of the Cardiovascular portfolio, helps patients achieve better lives by restoring optimal blood flow. Through various endovascular options, from carotid to lower limb treatments, we aim to improve arterial health and treat conditions such as arterial bleeding, tumors, vascular malformations, and chronic venous issues. The ideal candidate will be based in Tuscany, working under a permanent contract with a fully remote model.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Analyses assigned customer centers to identify Peripheral and Embolization therapy opportunities, and develops an effective sales strategy Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within the assigned territory to meet/exceed sales targets Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals Assess customer needs and provide tailored product services to maximize benefits Educate customers on Medtronic's products and services Implement and adapt market development plans as needed Ensures constant monitoring of competitors' activities and strategies within the assigned centers. Required Knowledge and Experience: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or scientific subjects. 5/6 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Peripheral and Embolization devices. Availability to travel within the area of responsibility (Toscana and Lazio) with frequent travel to other national locations as needed Availability to provide technical assistance in the operating room. Result-oriented, problem-solving, team-oriented, and good communication/relational skills. Good knowledge of administrative-legal aspects for managing tenders and negotiations Physical Job Requirements
