We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Viva.com team in Lombardia as a member of the Client Acquisition Team. You will close sales for card terminals and related services through face-to-face contact with new clients, providing a first-class service aligned to customer needs, acting as a trusted partner in a defined geographical region. The role can be located in any part of Northern Lombardy. Who We Are Viva.com is Europe's first acquirer powering merchant payments acceptance across 24 countries and 1,165+ devices. What You Will Do Follow up on scheduled appointments, evaluate existing data about prospects, and build rapport by validating their current needs in relation to Viva Wallet offerings. Make a compelling presentation of the products/services driven by your understanding of the market and product features. Close sales by selling the group products/services. Schedule delivery and installation of the card terminal at client premises. Enter and update customer data in the CRM system. Provide feedback on contact center appointment quality. Discuss and resolve issues with your area manager to achieve top sales results. Undertake relevant training and promote team spirit by learning from colleagues. Requirements Minimum 2 years of expertise in B2B field sales at mid-senior level management. Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions. Understanding of the retail, hospitality, freelancers, and card terminal users market. Knowledge of financial products/services features and advantages. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Outstanding negotiation/sales skills with proven closing ability. Strong organizational and diary management skills. Resilient and persistent; able to handle objections. Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially. Bachelor's degree. Computer literacy. Full, clean driving license.
